About Us

Castaways is a seafood restaurant and bar located in Savannah, GA. We serve Chatham, Bryan, and Effingham counties, as well as surrounding areas. Our restaurant specializes in outdoor seating and offers a variety of appetizers, salads, sides, seafood tacos, wings, crab cakes, and more. We also have a kids' menu. Founded in 2015, Castaways is a family-friendly establishment that aims to provide a quality experience for our guests. We pride ourselves on our friendly and attentive service. Compliments to the chef! I ordered the panko encrusted salmon with lobster sauce over Gouda cheese grits and the dish was BY FAR the most thoughtful, flavorful preparation I have had in a very long time. The service was great, the atmosphere was enjoyable and more laid back. I would highly recommend!

This is the best local gem we’ve found in our 4 years living in Savannah. The atmosphere is very fun, the cocktails are fantastic but the food..absolutely fan-freaking-tastic! We were blown away by the food! So much so, that my husband wanted to pick up to go lunch the next day to try more things of theirs. Shannon and Megan were outstanding hosts and we can not wait for our next date night here. They had fun, live music with great sing-a-long songs and everyone we met felt like instant friends. Also, as an added bonus(unlike anywhere downtown) if you decide to uber home your vehicle is safe in the parking lot overnight. We look forward to our next visit at Castaways! Kristen & Corey

Hidden treasure. I literally have heard about this place forever and never took the time to find out where it was. It is literally hidden next to the Five Spot in Sandfly.
